Welcome to the Movement Sanctuary, a lovely space dedicated to yoga, creative movement and the arts. The Movement Sanctuary is a true labour of love, brought to Bandra to inspire our community towards a healthy and holistic lifestyle. We offer an array of classes, including various forms of yoga and dance, martial arts, and meditation. Our teachers are all certified in their respective styles and are dedicated to guide you through your very own wellness journey, wherever you may be on that path. Many classes are designed to challenge and help one build strength through movement, but we also believe in bringing balance and harmony in the mind, body and soul.

Our Story

The Movement Sanctuary is a family run studio, conceptualized by husband-wife duo Puja Amin and Digant Joshi in 2017. Our vision was to bring an experiential space driven by wellness and movement to the bustling Bandra neighbourhood. In addition to being a yoga teacher and practitioner, Puja is an avid wellness and health enthusiast and Digant is a worn-out athlete who's rediscovered his passion for fitness.
